Refunds and withdrawal

Because packs are digital content delivered immediately after you confirm the waiver at checkout, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once access is provided. If a pack is materially different from its description or does not work as described, contact support@startpacks.dev within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you. Refunds revoke access to the pack and its licence key.
